BE AWARE OF "TIME AND PLACE"
Please dress appropriately. Costumes should:
1. Appropriately cover the body.
2. Be safe.
3. Be inclusive
WE WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE!
Masks/face paint are not permitted. If your costume "requires" any of these things, please do not include during the school day.
CONSIDER SAFTEY
Weapons or facsimile weapons are not allowed. Thinks like NERF guns, toy swords, or similar items are not appropriate. Please leave these items at home.
BE CREATIVE AND BE RESPECTFUL
Be sure that your costume does not infringe on someone's right to belong.
DRESS AGE APPROPRIATELY
Consider "time and place" when selecting a costume. Costumes that glorify violence, display drugs or alcohol are not appropriate. Showing of excessive skin or undergarments is also not permitted.
