It is happening on October 7th, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Willowcreek Middle School Auditorium.
Featuring the Willowcreek:
Beginning Band, Symphonic Band Wind Symphony, and Advanced Jazz Band
Orchestra Concert!
Three schools will be celebrating together this Halloween Season in a concert at Lehi High School! The concert will be held at 7:00 PM at the High School. The participating school will be Willowcreek Middle, Lehi Jr. High and Lehi High School. This concert is free so please invite the whole family!
Introducing Willowcreek’s Behavior Academies
This year, Willowcreek is introducing Behavior Academy to help students build practical skills for success at school. These brief sessions will take place during PRIDE Time, so students will not miss core instruction.
Students may be invited when a pattern of behavior suggests they would benefit from extra practice. Like academic support during PRIDE Time, Behavior Academy teaches and models skills in a positive, supportive setting. Lessons may focus on our PRIDE values: being Prepared, Respectful, showing Integrity, being Determined, and staying Engaged.
Behavior Academy is an instructional program. It does not provide counseling, therapy, mental health services, or psychological or psychiatric assessments.

Come to an open house and share your ideas, hopes, and information with the Aspen Peaks School District on October 6th from 4:30-6:30 pm at a Willowcreek Middle School. You will have the opportunity to talk with district leaders and also some of the Aspen Peaks School District board members about what your community needs are and your thoughts on any boundary changes.
2026 PTSA Reflections
This year's theme is "What My Culture Means to Me."
Culture comes from the beliefs, values, customs, and behaviors that are passed down through generations. It is how we express our family and regional identity. Culture shows up in our art, music, religion, dance, and even our writing. It becomes how we share and strengthen our community bonds.

WMS would like to recognize the girls Mountain Bike Race results that were held in Panguitch on the 26th of September.
JVB Girls: Ellie Peterson 3rd Place. Beginner Girls 7th Grade : Faye Wilkinson 7th Place. Beginner Girls 8th Grade: Hazel Cheney 3rd Place and Brylee Coates 6th Place. As well as the Advanced Girls: Ruby McRae in 9th Place. Congratulations!
Students will be reading during Pride Time in a class in which they sign-up for on the RTI Scheduler from 9:40 – 10:15 AM. The only exception is for those students who have been requested by a teacher for specific and vital remediation in a particular subject area.

During Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, September 24, WMS will be presenting short informational parent learning sessions. Net Positive, an organization aimed at empowering youth with essential skills for healthy attitudes and behaviors in a digital environment, will present two parent sessions (4:30-5:00 & 5:30-6 in the auditorium) in connection with a student assembly on September 25. WMS Counseling will also present a session to support students with stress and time management from 5:00-5:30 in the Media Center.
September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, a reminder that connection matters. A check-in. A listening ear. Inviting someone in. Helping a friend connect with a trusted adult. Small actions can make a meaningful difference.
At Willowcreek, We Belong means more than simply being part of our school—it means working together to create a community where people feel seen, supported, and connected.
If you are worried about yourself or someone else, please talk with a parent/guardian, school counselor, teacher, administrator, or another trusted adult. Help is also available anytime by calling or texting 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Help Your Student Become an Attendance All-Star!
You don't want to miss our Attendance All-Star Parties! Help your student qualify by keeping their attendance record on track:
- Arrive on Time: Help your student beat the morning bell every day
- Check Out Properly: Remind your student they must be checked out by a parent or guardian with their picture ID at the attendance office before leaving campus. Anyone leaving campus before being checked out will not be excused and will be marked truant.
- Excuse Past Absences & Morning Tardies: Call the main office or log into the parent portal to excuse any full-day unexcused absences. First-period tardies are the only tardies that can be excused by calling us or sending your student with a signed note.
-Start with a positive attitude and a smile!
-Have your schedule ready. Print a copy at home or save a screenshot on your phone so it’s easy to access.
-Bring your student ID card so you’re ready to purchase lunch.
-Charge your Chromebook and know your login information. If you’re unable to log in, make sure your parent/guardian has completed the Acceptable Use Agreement in the Q Student Information Update.
-If you ride the bus, know your route and schedule before heading to school.
-Don’t be afraid to ask for help. There will be plenty of adults ready to point you in the right direction.
-Look out for others, include someone new, and have fun!

PARENTS--Have you ever wanted to be a part of the Willowcreek School Community Council? The Council is responsible for overseeing the spending of School LAND Trust dollars and gets an inside look at some of the great things taking place at WMS.
If this interests you, please fill out the application (the application link can be found on the school website and in the Instagram bio) to have your name added to the ballot. Voting will take place August 12th-17th. (this opportunity does not require any type of campaigning)
